In order to create a space for debate and knowledge development for strategic management in the hotel market, the Professional School of Tourism and Hospitality at the University of San Martin de Porres (USMP) organizes the International Seminar VII Hospitality, academic event which brings together leading industry professionals.

The prestigious hotel chains Starwood-Sheraton and Hilton Worldwide and renowned restaurant Costa Verde have been called by this university to expose about the latest trends and the challenges posed by the international market.

During the first day, the Director of Marketing for Starwood-Sheraton for Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay, Omar Librizzi expose on 'Marketing Trends in hotels' online field emphasizing the management and measurement tools effective use of the most influential social platforms.

Vice President and CEO of Hilton Worldwide Development of Mexico, George Massa will speak about 'hotel development'. On the second day, Massa explain how to effectively use market research to build, buy, sell and profit from investing in hotel projects.

On the last day, Raul Modenesi, General Manager and Director of Investment Maysen Costa Verde restaurant presented the theme: 'From the success of Peruvian cuisine'.
